Oh, so many lovely Christmas decorations! And I just love the building style of the house in the third picture, we don’t have houses like that in London – would have loved to live in a house like that! Thanks for the tour Astrid.

Hi Helene
Niagara on the Lake is full of those wonderful old-fashioned "cottages". They are beautiful, aren't they?
Astrid

Hi Lee
This tour certainly put me in the Holiday Spirit!
Lots of snow here too.

Hello Clotee S
Welcome! This is not my house but part of a tour I went on. Have fun with your blog.

Merry Christmas to you! The decorations and homes are beautiful and give off a good feeling of Christmas spirit! I saw a black cat in there! Was he real or stuffed or just an illusion?

Oh to live in a house as grand as the ones you show in your post Astrid. I have always wanted to go on one of these house tours but have never managed to do so. It looks as though a holiday tour is a great place to get some ideas for Christmas decorations.

Hi Deb
I checked the photos again and that is a wooden statue of a black cat. This was in a museum/house where the decorations were as authentic as possible.
Have a great Christmas and a healthy, fully recuperated New Year!
Astrid

Hi Jennifer
You really would have enjoyed this tour. Plus lunch a local winery always makes a great day even better :)
Merry Christmas to you and yours!
